I experience myself in myself and in you.
From the level of One Consciousness we are undifferentiated, but by dreaming ourselves we allow ourselves to happen.

Free Mind – Eternal Heart
My name is Monika Pilarska and I conduct psychotherapy and development sessions. As a companion on the journey into yourself, I support you in the healing process that takes place by integrating your body, psyche and soul and letting go of what doesn’t serve you, so that you feel yourself in your true essence.
I am a psychologist, psychotherapist and passionate traveler.
It was through travel that I found my way back to the Heart, or Home. This is how the Transpersonal Psychotherapy Center Free Mind – Eternal Heart was founded.
My intention is to see a person holistically and systemically, as part of a larger whole, including the family system, social system, or culture. Most importantly, however, we transcend the body mind, emotions, and the larger systems in which we live. This leads to the experience of being unlimited consciousness, while also reaching a path back to what always was, is and will be – the Heart, or Home. Following these two paths perhaps touches on the principle of the existence of the universe, which would be an alternate expansion/creation and return to the Source, to the original state of I Am.

Transpersonal Psychotherapy Center
Transpersonal Psychotherapy Center – Free Mind – Eternal Heart was established as a response to the challenge of today’s times. It helps to transcend limitations, realize potential, heal traumas and build a healthy personality.
It leads to the experience of unlimited consciousness and a return to the heart, our home.
Combining my knowledge and experience, I offer psychotherapy based on relationship and trust, taking into account the 4 pillars of work:
1. Holistic Pillar
2. Pillar of the System
3. Pillar of Integration
4. Transpersonal Pillar
I look at a person holistically, as a unity of body, spirit and psyche. I help achieve harmony of heart and mind, and a sense of acceptance and connection with oneself and the world. I accompany and support the healing process, but all the change can only happen through you. A meeting in my office, is a meeting of Man with Man.
A very important element in self-understanding is systemic work, that is, work with the family lineage and healing of family relationships.
This can happen by getting to the ancestral traumas and understanding the interdependencies that occur in the family. I use a method of working with the inner child and parent that enables us to reach the child’s wounds.
Depending on the person who comes forward and their individual needs, I integrate therapeutic currents, using psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, existential, or humanistic approaches. This leads to more flexible and effective work, without reducing interactions to a single system, which always narrows the understanding of a person.
The prefix “trans,” meaning “through, beyond, behind,” denotes transcending and deepening. Stanislav Grof, one of the founders of transpersonal psychology coined the term holotropic, derived from the Greek words holos (wholeness) + trepein (moving in a certain direction). Holotropic thus means moving toward wholeness. It is also the third component of the essence of the transpersonal experience next to transcending and deepening. Classical psychotherapy stops at ego development and does not take into account higher levels of consciousness and does not deepen states of transcending beyond the ego. And it is these that seem to influence the experience of full well-being and the meaning of existence. So I include in my offer methods of work based on the Human Potential Movement, which allow to achieve above-average levels of human functioning, activating human potential.

Integration of psychedelic experiences
I conduct the integration of psychedelic experiences. According to the Set and Setting protocol – based on three stages of the substance experience:
1) adequate preparation for the experience,
2) psychedelic experience,
3) integration of the experience.
I encourage just this approach and advise against substance use for those with an increased risk of negative effects.
According to the current state of knowledge, the use of psychedelic substances carries a number of potential benefits:
- helps with depressive and anxiety disorders, treatment of PTSD and addiction,
- promotes interpersonal relationships by increasing the level of empathy (especially substances categorized as empathogens),
- leads to states of high brain entropy also corresponding to creative thinking, infantile consciousness, REM sleep phase, near death experiences, or sensory deprivation (but also early psychosis),
- leads to the reopening of a critical window of brain development during which therapy can help create healthier brain connections,
- as psychoplastogens leads to greater brain neuroplasticity, consistent with mental health,
- can alter gene expression.
